Shipping Policy
Planterie delivers live plants, potted arrangements, and terrariums across Delhi-NCR. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Panchsheel, New Delhi.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on your location within Delhi-NCR and are automatically calculated at checkout:
- South Delhi — ₹200
- Delhi (other areas) — ₹300
- Gurugram & Noida — ₹350
Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery across Delhi-NCR for all orders placed before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following day. Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your plants and terrariums arrive in perfect condition. Pots are secured to prevent soil spillage, and glassware is padded to withstand transit.
Accurate Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or recipient unavailability, re-delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.
Out-of-Area Orders
We currently deliver only within Delhi-NCR. If your address falls outside our serviceable area after an order is placed, we will get in touch to offer delivery to an alternative address or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Product Availability
In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer either a revised delivery timeline or a full refund.
