Description

The Anthurium White is pure elegance, glossy green leaves and pristine white blooms that last for weeks, nestled in our cheerful Yellow Pudding pot. It's the kind of plant that brings light and joy to any space.

Unlike cut flowers that fade in days, this beauty keeps giving. Easy-going, air-purifying, and effortlessly uplifting, it's a gift that grows with you, season after season.

Care

Your Anthurium White comes planted in the right soil mix so it starts healthy — with just a few basics right, it will stay glossy and keep blooming beautifully.

Where to keep it?
Think bright shade. A spot with indirect light (near a window, behind a curtain, or a few feet away from sunlight) is ideal.
More indirect light usually means cleaner white blooms and healthier leaves. Harsh, direct sun for long hours can scorch the leaves and cause browning on the white spathes.

How much watering?
Overwatering is the #1 reason Anthuriums struggle. They prefer lightly moist soil but dislike sitting in water. Yellowing leaves often mean the soil is staying wet too long.

  • Touch the soil and gently push your finger 1 inch deep. If it feels slightly moist, don’t water.
  • If it feels dry, water thoroughly until water drains from the bottom.
  • In summers: usually once a week. In winters: every 10–14 days. (Always follow the finger-test over the calendar.)

Other care tips

  • If a leaf or flower turns yellow or brown, remove it (cut close to the base).
  • Wipe the leaves once in a while so dust doesn’t block light.
  • Anthuriums enjoy humidity, so keep them away from direct AC airflow and heaters.
